How to create support ticket through email ?

You can send tickets to the support email address : support@ElegantJBI.com for posting any issues or queries. Any email sent to this address gets automatically converted into a ticket that you can refer later.


These email gets converted into a ticket, the subject become the title and contents of the email description into issue description. And the client who sent you the email becomes the ticket requester.

These emails to our support email address, it will be created as a ticket in our helpdesk. If the issues already has a solution, one of our agents will public URL of our solution, else they will send details of the expected solution date. Each client has a contact email already added to our helpdesk portal.
